I haven't been in here for ages! Hope you're all well! Trying to pot as often as I can and I'm going to pop in more as a new years resolution I think! :D

Great idea. I am definitely going to make a new years resolution to pot more and hopefully fill it. Am so motivated now. I love this challenge.

    Have banked a splendigious £254 today, bringing my total to £596 which I can't quite believe :T :T :T

So thanks to Sue & Sparky for running the thread, and thanks to everyone who posts and makes this thread such fun, I certainly wouldn't have done it without you all :T

I've re-sealed my pot and put £1 something in to start it off for SPC6 - bring it on!

  • Wow well done to all those that have declared so far, some great totals there. A little jealous for two reasons, 1. that mine wont be that much and 2. that im not ready to declare yet, i want to know now. :D

I've got a mini total as i have counted the £1 and notes but not the shrapnel, so will post full total tomorrow.

Bubbs - sorry you're going through it at the mo. Sending best wishes.

If it had been purposeful i'd have had every penny off him right now, but I feel for the kid, he tried to do as he was told, but lack of reading what he was connecting too has lead to him paying alot of money :o

Have you phoned the phone people who he has the contract with - explain what has happened - they may make a goodwill gesture and refund the money in the next bill. They did for me when my daughter accidentally switched on something that led to a large increase in the bill.
