Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows a free way of finding someone's postal address, I have full name, date of birth, parents names, I know the town and first part of the postcode, feel so close but I just can't afford at the moment to pay the prices the websites I have found are wanting. I could wait a few months until money is not so tight but if there is a free way would be great to hear it, many thanks xx

Have you tried the royal mail website? I think you can use it free 5 times a day or something.0

You could try 192.com as they sometimes have full addresses listed with the home occupier. The best thing you can spend on a child, is time.0

Try putting the full name, town and first part of postcode into google it may come up. I've just done that with mine and my full address came up. :eek:Dum Spiro Spero0

yet another way:
use a satnav / autoroute / other mapping tool to find out a list of road names with the part postcode. Go to the town's library and search those roads on the Electoral register, looking for the surname. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0 -
I tried this and was surprised to find 3 close links but it looked like you had to subscribe/pay .

I wonder how many people reading this thread googled their own name and address just to see if that works, i know i did.

Facebook? Then you can ask the person. If they're a long-lost family member, the Salvation Army can help.0

Which I'm quite pleased about actually... why should just anyone be able to find my address?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0
