My son bought me a Apple Ipod for my birthday and he set it up and everything was working great then i put a new album on it and now it wont shuffle all i hear is this same album all the time...HELP...its this one

Are you sure it's set to shuffle? (the button on top toggles between shuffle and play consecutively.)
If you're still having problems it's best to restore the shuffle in iTunes then start anew, ticking the boxes of just the music you want synced. This shouldn't take long as the Shuffle will only hold 200 to 500 songs depending on the size of the files.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.

Also take it to the apple store, they are really helpful they will be able to tell you how to use it, or if there is an actual problem with it.ewwwww what is that...0 -

If your son originally set up the ipod on a different computer to the one you used to add the new album, it is possible that when you synced the iPod, you erased all other content and now the album is the only thing on the iPod, hence it playing over and over again?0
