I Ordered on the 3rd and have just received my lingerie no dispatch email at all and the delivery person visited my house 3 times today alone to catch me in-very impressed by the delivery person!!!! All my order (12 items) was present and correct, very nice and great value for money.....glad I ordered! Thanks op!!

Well what a nightmare, wish I hadn't posted deal now. I have received nothing nor any email so will be calling them tomorrow too. Been away for a week and expected to return home to them. This is only the second time I've bought direct from them and the first time wasn't much better. Maybe shouldn't have given them another go!

I didn't get a dispatch e-mail but picked the parcel up from the post office at the weekend and am delighted. I got everything I ordered and for a great price too. I am glad you posted the grabbit even if you aren't!

My order arrived, and they'd sent the wrong size (this was after having to chase them on order). One phone call to them, very apologetic lady on the other end, and the correct size was sent and received the next day!
