Thanks fiscal, I'm going to try to contact them today too, we ordered from Rivery Island yesterday and had a dispatch email today..... Let's hope our concerns amount to nothing.

Quick update, rang Gossard who checked the online order, then checked the warehouse and they said the order had not been dispatched as some of the items were showing as out of stock. I've requested a full refund as didn't want to receive a mis-match of items.

Oh well, the thought was good....Off to shop for some new undies now!

Yep, I emailed & got the same reply - have cancelled too.
A bit annoyed they didn't tell me & I had to chase...

Mine is due for delivery today, I only received the email telling me it had been sent today too! Fingers crossed it's all ok! Thanks OP!

Edit: Just had mine delivered! fab! Very pleased!

I also gave customer services a ring. They were very nice but a bit dozy. 2 of the bras and were out of stock but she said "I can send the rest out if you want?" as though they were waiting for me to get in touch to tell them what to do.

They have obviously been inundated with orders (good old MSE) but she she it should be despatched this week so if you haven't heard about your order yet, I suggest you get in touch and let them know what you want them tot do with it!:D

Heads up anyone with problems - check the refund they give you carefully, mine was less the delivery charge. (I cancelled the entire order) Currently "in discussion" with them about it...

Yes me too, I received email saying they had refunded me (via sage payment) £63.50, I got back to them addressing the £4 delivery charge that had to be paid. On pdf email says £67.50 refunded... Let us wait and see if that amount gets returned to my account.

Well done to all who received their order. I too am a bit peeved that didn't receive any info regarding order and had to chase them up.

I phoned them today and they said they had been totally swamped with orders with the sale stock. They are still working through the orders so were unable to tell me if the items I ordered are in stock or not.

I was told that they hope to have this sorted in the next couple of days but if I haven't either heard from them or received my parcel by Friday I have to get back intouch.
