Hi guys - I've been on these House Buying forums for a few weeks now and I really enjoy it but can someone help me understand all the acronyms?!?

Is there a page on here that explains all these random acronyms as I am getting a bit confused with it all...

    BTL: Buy to Let
    CGT: Capital Gains Tax
    HA: Housing Association
    HB: Housing Benefit
LA: Letting Agent -or- Local Authority. Context dependent
    LL: Landlord
    NE: Negative Equity
    SO: Shared Ownership
    WTC: Working Tax Credits
