I've been Money Tipped!

We have a camcorder with a tape rather than card.

A film has been transferred to a dvd but there is big lumps which could be cut out. I have been told you can get a device or programme that you put on the computer so you can edit the DVD.

Anyone know anything about this?

If you have Windows 7, go to All Programs > Windows Live Movie Maker.

Save in widescreen to keep the resolution HD or as high as possible.
