5 months to go - PPI question

Hubby has 5 months left on his IVA ( unless they extend it another yr)

We have sent of PPI claims and had some success, Will this all have to go to the IVA ??

One was a joint loan so what would happen as they have only put his name on the letter, but the corresponding account number was a joint one
Any help would be greatly appreciated - Thanks

I would imagine it would only be your husbands half that would have to go into the IVA, I can't see any reason why you would have to give up your portion

Would ALL the refund have to go to the IVA
  • on the bottom of our annual statement this year it stated we could keep first 500 of any ppi but any extra had to be paid in. presumably if you can prove it was a joint account i would imaging half is yours, then he could keep the first 500 of his half? Id suggest to ring and check
