Template letter

Hi ultra uber newbie , so pls forgive me if ive missed anything plainly obvious
Ive tried to get the template letter to claim for loans ive had in the past from LTSB, but for life of me cant get to it, is there a direct link?
Also do i need all the req dates and loan details , or would they locate them all from my details ?

Well you need to be sure you actually had PPI with any loans. As such you need to check with your Bank. You can do a Subject Access Request (SAR) which costs £10. Template here:
