1.1 The Prize Draw and Bunny Design Competition are open to all persons ages eighteen (18) years or older, as of the date of entry, who have an active email account and internet access.
1.2 In order to enter, the user must (i) Vote for their favourite bunny and submit their email address in the Prize Draw, and/or (ii) submit their own bunny design in the Bunny Design Competition.
1.3Participation in the Prize Draw and Bunny Design Competition constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

3. PRIZES
3.1 All entrants who Vote for their favourite bunny will be entered into the Prize Draw to win a Ted Baker £250 Gift Card. The Ted Baker £250 gift card is non-transferable or negotiable, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or vouchers.
3.2 The £250 gift card is issued by No Ordinary Designer Label Ltd, trading as Ted Baker. Registered address: 6a St Pancras Way, London, NW1 0TB. Where ‘Ted Baker’ or 'Ted' is listed in these terms and conditions, this refers to the limited company.
3.3 All entrants for the Bunny Design Competition will be eligible to win a Ted Baker goodie bag and £100 gift card courtesy of Red Letter Days.

3.5 The prizes for the goodie bag are as follows:

4. WINNER
4.1 The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected at random from the eligible entries received.
4.2 The winner of the Bunny Design Competition will be selected by the Promoter from the eligible entries received. Ted will judge the artistic impression of the entries on a range of criteria, including uniqueness and originality. Ted's decision is final and no correspondence regarding his decision will be entered into.
