How on earth do you insert a picture into a post? Cut and paste doesn't seem to work. Help for a thick person pleeeease!!

you have to upload picture to a image hosting site like imageshak copy that link and insert the image tags on post

The three most useful are the image as joe mentions,
Clickable Hyperlink www.website.com
And if you are quoteing from another sourcequoted text
You can also change your font colours. this uses Americanisms, so Colour is spelt color e.g red text
Sizes the same too. Just remember to leave out the space by the square bracket
