ISA questions

I maxed out my 2011/2012 ISA and I'm looking at an ISA for 2012/2013 (for both new money and transfer) before all the good deals are completely gone!
Accounts that accept transfers but require a minimum opening deposit - can this deposit be the transfer? As I can't pay new money in until after April 6th.
Santander's top rate ISA with bonus - I already had the equivalent for 2011/2012, can I apply for a new account or will they deny me?
Thanks!

I believe Santander have just reduced the introductory bonus on the eSaver 4. They could do the same with the Direct ISA, so you don't actually get to lock in the deal by applying or funding the account before any particular date."It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be. But it's no longer the individual banks that are in the wrong, it's the banking industry as a whole." - Steven Cooper, head of personal and business banking at Barclays, talking to Martin Lewis0

They usually do, although the forms are often badly worded and ask you to confirm, for example "that I haven't already subscribed to a Cash ISA this year" even though you have. As long as you don't put any new money in, that's okay.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
