    Yes it is a good deal, however processor speed is only relevant if you plan on running software which requires a lot of processor power. Even then more memory can have a greater effect on speed than raw processing.

    If you don't need lots of power and 120gig of storage the 1501 at £388 should me more than adequate for most tasks.

    You could enhance the £388 1501 with the TrueLife Screen upgrade if you are intent on spending.
