    I think you're wasting your time, no? You don't qualify as you have a child under 16.

    I'm not sure why people think the rules are ambiguous - they seem pretty clear to me.

    I dont think the rules are ambiguous just unfair when i had my first child i wasnt eligible because both my partner and myself where working but now we need financial assistance we are penalised again. To top it off to get a letter this morning to say my partner cant even get Job seekers anymore is just another kick in the teeth!
  • Hi,
    I finally got a letter to say we weren't eligible either. My husband has since returned to work now so its pointless appealing, we also got the four week run off of working tax credit (which we never got before) so we never got any JSA either!!
