Great Competitions / Yours??

Not a win... more of a question....

Having just entered seemingly hundreds of GC/Yours comps again, I just had a wonder as to whether anyone ever actually won any of these...

So, searching IWIWIW with 'Great Competitions' I reckon I've found [STRIKE]less than ten winners[/STRIKE] ...far fewer than I would have expected on here since October....

Now, considering if you go through their whole list they are offering more than 200 prizes per month (and they are often win one of ten, or one of many), and also considering MSE'rs averages/ratios in other comps - not bad, but usually if it's a one in ten there will be at least one MSE win in there...and the recent fantastic run in the Sky Gadget geeks comp etc etc really has got me wondering....why there aren't a lot more IWIWIW thanks threads for GC competitions..

So my questions really are...

Am I wasting my time on Great Competitions?

Do they publish winners lists?

Any thoughts welcome,

ps I do realise I'll probably win one tomorrow and this will be a total waste of a thread but I had to ask....:rotfl:

We announce new winners every month - take a look

some don't always post thier wins in IWIW,
some prefer to pm the op to thank for posting or have entered
through thier own updates each time

I just discover that I won a drying rack in Feb from Mother and Baby, but I haven't receive it yet.
Do you know , how long is going to take to be delivered?

Well I am really glad you asked this question gojoroan2007 because I had been wondering the same. I do all the comps they post and have never won a sausage! Oh well we must just be unlucky I am so glad to hear that MSEs do win.

I've won several baby toys from Great Competitions/Mother & Baby, the last one quite recently :j

and I won a portable DVD player and 50 DVDs from GC/Yours a few years ago (well, 51 DVDs as they sent a duplicate) :rotfl::rotfl:

had a LWE today saying i've won a prize from issue 134
(the mag Yours) so i've won from both yours/great competitions a few times now :j

I have won from Great Competitions and Yours in the past. I used to think Great Competitions was a waste of time and not genuine until then. LOL.
