Yeah I had two weeks to make the decision as wether to go ahead with the purchase. And one of the reasons I continued with the purchase was knowing other people were in the same situation as me on the scheme but all had decided to continue with the purchase and the fact I had all the paperwork sent from the hosuing association saying it was a 70/30 scheme in black and white.
After talking after the sale with others on the scheme they did excactly as I did hoping that they could do something after the sale.
Also when the hosuing association asked for the non refundable deposit they said exchange of contracts would be in 4 weeks time form the date of theyre letter asking for the deposit! It later turned out to be nearly a year later!!!
Ah well you live and learn!0
