Direct Lie didn't, not checked lately as I've had no need to do it but I used to use this frequently even on cars that had no other insurance that we had on the drive.0 -

Not disqualified, the full licence has been revoked. The OP can apply for a provisional licence straight away.
A disqualification is a court penalty and is for a period of time.
The OP has held, and is not disqualified from holding a licence.

Not too sure I'm reading all this correctly, but if the OP reads his insurance policy correctly and finds as in TrickyWicky's post that his policy did cover him to drive another vehicle albeit 3rd party/fire/theft, then could he appeal the fixed penalty and 6 points?0
