Used to post on HPC but I've sent three e-mails over the course of 2 months and no reply whatsoever. I can log in but not post, nor check any of my private e-mails. Poor performance, HPC, very poor.

Yeah me too, not that I go there very much these days. They let me log on but I can't post. They make you "disappear" if you post views that don't fit in with their paradigm.

Exactly the same thing happening with me! I can't understand why they never replied to my e-mails! Too late, as far as I'm concerned. Spent too much time their, anyway.0

Me too. It does make a mockery of the HPC About Us which claims to be "the definitive independent source for house price information and discussion on the web."
I do wonder if the directors of Fubra Limited know that the forum moderators are actively and systematically killing off any user that has views contrary to their own.
With all the ads on the site you would have thought the owners would want as many users as possible and surely debate is the lifeblood of a forum - it must get awfully boring when the only people allowed to post are those that agree with you!
Oh and my "crime" was to post that I sold my house for 97% of asking price - no doubt if I'd said I only got 80% I'd have been welcomed with open arms. :rotfl:0 -
