Charity Cookbook- any ideas?

I'm writing a cookbook for a charity called Children of Bahia for their Wednesday Bus running in Salvador, Brazil improving the lives of street children. I'm trying to get celebrity/ famous endorsements and have a few so far. Has anyone got any suggestions I should try who might be a good bet, rather than a wasted letter? I need to be able to get an email/ address to reach them or their agents of course.

Equally if you have a recipe that you own the rights to that you would be happy to use, PM me!

Maybe it's worth trying to contact the TV or Radio stations for support.

How about setting up a Facebook page for your appeal and then 'liking' various well known cooks/celebs. Then PM them or stick a message on their wall, asking very politely for their input. There's a group I 'liked' some time ago called 'Great British Chefs' who share recipes almost every single day - I'm sure they'd be happy to allow you to reproduce a few for a charity cookbook. Why not try the Hairy Bikers in the first instance - they seem very happy to help for a good cause.
