Hi just tried to create an account on my laptop with 'dell syncup' powered by Nero & where it says 'verify characters', after doing so when I click on next it just refreshs a new set of characters? Doesn't seem to move on to next part of registration?
I'am trying to create an account with the 'Syncup software' that came with the dell laptop could I create an account on line instead that would be valid?
Just wondered if any other 'Dell users' might be able to help?

Probably if I knew what it meant, I did create account on line & it seems OK. So what causes captcha?joe2cool0

Captcha is an acronym/initialism for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart", basically attempting to differentiate between a human being and a software robot which tries to set up accounts, etc, automatically. The Google Gmail one, fo example, is particularly difficult/infuriating. Lots about it!0
