Do other uk hotel chains offer a money back gaurantee ? (like premier inn do)

Hello moneysavers,

after a poor sleep at a noisy premier inn recently (for which i complained and will be refunded) i would like to know if other uk hotel chains offer a good night sleep gaurantee ?

i think this kind of offer is quite reassuring that we'll have a restful stay.

Not sure but clearly in your case there was no reassurance as you had to claim the money back because you didn't get a restful stay!

I think with any major hotel chain, if you strike up a fuss you could probably get your money back especially if you're registered with their loyalty prgram like the Holiday Inn Priority Points scheme
