Maybe they only just realised/missed the Friday 23rd completion deadline to save on stamp duty.... then found they'd missed it so pulled out.
Or, maybe they got scared - a lot do.
Or, maybe they couldn't get the mortgage, or split up, or lost their jobs, or took out loans for 3 DFS sofas and had their mortgage withdrawn.
FTBs are prone to all of these.0 -
they claimed that the stamp holiday was a driving target, but only stated this 10 days beforehand, so we called their bluff and said we could complete on the 22nd, they then pulled out claiming family reasons, but waited a week before confirming this in writing.
Fair play to the 2 below me, they pulled out all the stops to get it going again.Sealed pot challange no: 3390
