Non-payment from tradeyourstuff.com

Hi
In January I sold about 10 games to tradeyourstuff.com. They refused two of them buy offered me around £50 for the rest which I accepted. They credited my account and I withdrew it. They pay via cheque but I have never received it. When I withdrew I was clicking a bit fast and clicked withdraw without entering my address. Account figure went to zero and I immediately clicked withdraw again this time entering my address. I'm wondering if this is why I haven't received anything?
Anyway since then I have emailed but got no reply. Phoned lots of times but it doesn't ring always just says noone can answer at the mo. Have left a phone message but again no reply.
Have no idea what to do now? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Have you tried writing a letter recorded delivery?
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
  • Thanks for the reply. I've scoured their website and cannot find an address? I've emailed again and tried ringing, nothing :(

OP, did you really deal with tradeyourstuff.com?

    Or was it tradeyourstuff.co.uk?

If the former, then they are based in California.

The .co.uk site doesn't appear to have an address on it, but a phone number and email address are on their homepage.

Whois does show an address in Slough for .co.uk which may help... if indeed it is the right website. :D
  • Oops sorry your right it was .co.uk. Thanks I'll look up that add

Sorry for opening up an old post but I was searching as I am also waiting for payment from tradeyourstuff.co.UK.

What was the outcome and any more advise would be appreciated.

    Thanks
