Just updating this, because it would seem that an email saying you've been refunded, doesn't actually mean you have...

So now I've got to chase them for the refund, I will NEVER use them again.

not sure if this is the right place to post but i received my order after three weeks and happy enough with products. However my email address was sent out to numerous customers and i received theirs, when they failed to BCC a 'thank you' email :mad:for filling in a survey. complaint email sent. if you filled in the survey you may want to check your emails-they sent an apology email on 29th.

My item arrived damaged, it was so heavily wrapped I'm talking 12 layers of bubblewrap wrapped that the huge crack down my lamp could only have happened before it was sent out!

I got a refund yay.

Whilst the products and prices are good a lot of their delivery lead times are long. I ordered some salad bowls with a 5 week lead time....8 weeks and still no sign of any bowls.
I have written several email to customer service....no reply. Have tried calling their 0800 number several times....no reply. So out of pocket and with no sign of goods or any contact.
You have been warned!
