Still waiting
Got my towels I ordered yesterday but still no yankee candles... they told me they are awaiting more stock... i order mid april and delivery date was 30th april... i will b lucky getting my order 30th may at this rate!
and it calls itself a UK company when the orders are delivered from germany

My mums email from them states it has been delivered and to take it up with DHL- terrible customer services!!! We are now trying to get our money back

Still haven't received mine, I've emailed them, something about it coming from Germany...pretty poor show really. They remind me of BrandAlley, where everything takes forever to come!0

Update- I called them on behalf of my mum and they said that once DHL deliver to the UK it transfers to parcel force.. parcel force attempted delivery but left no card(two weeks ago) so we only found out after the company chasing the order it has been left at our local post office. Luckily the parcel hadnt been sent back. Just might be worth a phonecall to check if it has been left anywhere else if you are still waiting.
Just to add- the customer service was very good and she was very helpful. Unfortunatly it does seem like the couriers are letting them down.
