There was a BBC prog about bailiffs, and they went to APCOA to get [iirc] £16k from them for an ex-employee.
Basically the employee had rent issues in 2000 and as a deal her landlord agreed that she could pay via a deduction from her wages [she was an APCOA employee].
In 2008 she discovered that APCOA had been taking the money from her wages but NOT passing it onto her landlord. She got the runaround from them and had to go to court, and then the high court for a writ for the sheriffs to collect.
They turned up at APCOA HQ and got her every single penny she was owed!!!!
Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the bit where he looked at his watch and said that in 15mins more it will be an extra £118 for going over the hour.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Suddenly I like bailiffs!
Well, OK, not ALL bailiffs. But certainly those that give a PPC a hard time.
Poetic justice and confirms the sort of dishonest crooks we deal with, when they even rip off their own employees.0 -
Serves them right. Good to see it coming around eh?0

damn shame it was not a lot higher that the bailiffs demanded0
