Barclaycard BT issue

Just wondered whether this has happened to any of you lot and if it had what was the resulting outcome.

I recently took up the fantastic deal from the BT section of the website (Barclaycard BT 22 months 0% etc). Followed the application and requested a BT of £2100 from my Tesco card to the Barclaycard. Got the call to confirm this was non fraudulent and that the transaction had gone through (through their automated system) it appeared on my barclaycard online account as a pending transaction and has been there all week. I've logged in this morning and it's nowhere to be seen, no pending transaction, no completed transaction just showing my credit limit. Nothing has gone through on my Tesco credit card account either. It's been 5 days since I requested said BT.

I haven't recieved the card yet so can't contact Barclaycard as they need my card number. Part of me wished i'd taken a blooming screenshot. Thing is time's ticking until the 0% runs out on my Tesco card too. Any advice/similar scenarios would be very much appreciated.

I had the same At the end of last year when getting rid of my Flybe card, Mine just come up error but it told me to contact B/C so I did and it went straight through.

I've just been approved for a Barclaycard too, and they apparently processed my BT today, so it's showing up on my Barclaycard account as processed, but my old card company seemingly have no record of it, so it's not showing up on that account as having cleared my card.

I'm hoping there's just some kind of issue with the systems at the moment, but I'm in the same boat as you with regards to not yet having received my Barclaycard, so I can't get any kind of help from them.

if posted to your bc today, give it 5 working days to reach the other card

So it's five working days from when it says it's processed, not from when it says it's pending?
