Best Camcorder for Video log/YouTube use?

Hi all,
I was looking to start making some YouTube videos, doing things such as reviews or general videos for travels etc, and am at a loss for which camera to purchase which would be good enough.

I've check tons of youtube test clips, but still can't decide, and have a budget of about £70.
It would need to be HD, and have good quality video and audio - the best I could find would be the Sanyo Xacti CG20 or the Panasonic HX DC1, but if there are any better ones then please feel free to let me know!

By no means an expert or even good amateur when it comes to video camera's, but £70 for full HD and good audio, going to be a struggle.

Those little upright handycams look nice if you want to shoot 30mins of footage before the battery runs out, so you would need a few batteries for travelling.
