Hi,
I started a PPI claim against Barclaycard(online app) & Black Horse(face to face app) via a claim handling company going back to Dec 2010,I have finally had the outcome of these claims today and found out that neither are going to pay any of my claim back.So I asked the claim company to send me the reasons why these had been rejected which he e-mailed to me and I found that the Barclaycard response I couldnt read properley enough to make out although I could see that the PPI box had been ticked but it looked like someone had ticked this although I applied online and the Black Horse sent a demands and needs form back which shows quite clearly that me and my partner had answered the PPI questions and shows that there was a need for PPI but the answers we had given had been computerised by BH and we didnt need it as my partner receives full sick pay via the NHS as a Nurse. All I want to know is would I be flogging a dead horse in trying to appal these decisions?
Thanks

Hi
Do you know if this was the final decision or not?
Normally you can complain to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), the claims company should be doing this for you if you want them to.
However, I do not know how claims companies work, but you should not pay a penny to them if no success.
Hopefully someone will be along soon to advise further, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
