I have received my SAR response today and I applied on line for the card - not clear whether the tick box was already selected though as it just says 1 YES on the information so not sure about that. Should I proceed with this - after all the information clearly states that I was in full employment and I would have received full sick pay from them for 6 months - this was never discussed with me....neither was the PPI, I didn't know I had it for 5 years (yes I know ridiculous when I think of how much I must have paid) and when I did cancel it in 2010 I was pressured over the telephone to try and keep it even though I couldn't afford it and wanted to reduce the balance on the card.....HELP PLEASE!!!
