Refund of ppi

i used belmont thornton to reclaim my refund of ppi, in the paper work i stated i wanted the ppi from one loan amount. the only reason for this is because i didnt have the paper work for the rest of them. they responded with a letter stating they were procedding for the refund on the loan refference i stated. fair enough. in the mean time i told my mates what i had done. they said you shouldnt of gone through them as they would charge 30 percent. i knew this but its the only one i had paper work for and didnt know u didnt need it. i was pleased as i could now do the rest of the loans by myself and not pay anything. i sent a letter to the bank and awaited a responce. in the mean time i got a refund for all my loans that i didnt ask for. i clealy stated the one refund and they responded in the letter with one refund. with a refference. it was only a small amount i originally went for. ppi refund of 172.87 but now since i got a lump sum of 2585.02 i now have to pay 775.02. i dont think this is fair as i didnt ask for them to enquire on those loans because i was doing it myself. i still have all the paper work from them stating they were comencing on 1 loan.
should i still pay this as i am now out of pocket.

Read the contract again and see if it makes any reference at all to any other PPI on loans or Credit cards, does it clearly show just the one loan and do you have a bill from them for that claim that is paid and they say your file is closed?.0
