Hi I have a new android phone I try to access wifi put all the correct settings in and keep getting disconnecting then searching again and disconnecting can any one help to put this right..

Hi, do you have a Samsung by any chance? who is your provider?

I had a similar problem with O2, where they said (once I called them) that I needed to pay for a Data allowance before I could connect to a Wifi hot spot, which is ridicoulas as Wifi is free, but it seems that certian providers have a clause.

my server is tesco which I can use wifi when on another phone so I know it's not that. I have had the phone replaced but still it won't connect to the wifi it tries then disconnects

Will it connect to another wifi? Have you reset your modem and/or router?

Are you talking about wifi within your home or connecting to internet phone data.

Should be fine to connect to wifi, if you enter your key.

did quick search on this phone, seems to be 2G not 3G
