Car Hire Tips (Warnings?) for Palma, Mallorca?

Going to be in Palma, Mallorca next month, and thinking of hiring a car for a couple of days.
Any advice on which companies to avoid, and which ones get Gold stars?

Carjet are fantastic. We always book cheapest car and so far out of 4 trips have always got an upgrade to something like a Golf with CD and A?C.

An update.

We had a very good time in Mallorca, and hired a Ford Ka for 2 days from Goldcar Rental on Paseo Maritimo, Palma (adjacent to Melia Palas Atanea hotel).
We paid 68 euros plus petrol for 2 days hire. No nonsense over deposits, car condition or anything else.
They were even really understanding when my wife's credit cards were rejected by the validation system (how we laughed!).

Anyway. Result.

PS. Remember to look left at roundabouts:eek:
