Where do I look?

I will be after some advice regard pensions, but do not know where to look. It took me an age to log in and register, that it kept saying I had not acccpeted terms and conditionns etc, that I kept ending up with a screen back at the start, urgh. Well, I am here know so panic over.
I do not know if this is the right place, but I am after m,eposion advice, I recently suffered heart problems, and do not think I am able to continue in my previous role. This was climbing over big expensive toys etc (I loved it really). I have 3 oensions, 1 1 am in now, and two preserved final salary. I will speak more about this later, but I am off to local CC tonight, so if someone can puit me through to the right number, I can add details later.
