I would like to try to claim back my PPI from my Credit card Lender. Unfortunately, they cannot provide me with the original Credit Agreement and have suspended my Account. I amstill making payments to the account even though they say the debt is unenforceable. What do I do now?

Are we really supposed to believe that a credit card company has told you a debt to them is unenforcable? Have they put this in writing. If not, suggest that you get them to do this as a matter of urgency.
Why has the account been suspended? As a punishment for your making a PPI claim, due to default/non-payment or beacuse you have been trying to tell them that your debt to them is unenforcable. Please clarify to facilitate further assistance.0
