Still waiting for Lloyds

I put in a claim to Lloyds last June and in September we were offered large amount of money back. Fantastic:j
:mad: Now really angry as Lloyds have still not paid us and have not responded to any of my letters. We don't even have an outstanding account with them.
Anyone got any idea how long Lloyds are taking to make their payouts?:idea:
