E-mail problem :(

I am another vistim of these stocks and shares spam - my email is a company one with totally up todate filters, controls etc - so no hope really

I just emptied my SPAM box - 3500 messages about stocks & shares and Viagra - that's in just one week - most of them have been put there automatically the rest I have marked as SPAM as they come in - I guess one just has to get used to it.

You can never totally eliminate Spam emails but spam and junk costs me less then a minute or two per week so is not high on my list of things to fret about.

I have had the same Hotmail id for many years and it is my name without any fancy numbers so I have been very lucky to avoid being spammed. I only get two or three per day and most go straight into my junk folder.

I just put them into the junk folder and every few days I empty that. I select the “report as junk” option” though how much effect that has I don’t know.

Just take sensible precautions and stop worrying about it unless and until you get buried in the stuff. Its probably more effort to try and stop them than it is to just delete them.
