Needing a wireless printer

Hi,
I'm looking to purchase a new printer. Currently I've got a Dell All-in-one 924 which is a pile of rubbish and ancient. The print is very jagged and no amount of head cleaning, alignment, etc can cure the problem.
Add to that the high cost of replacement Dell cartridges (I've switched to refills - which seem to cause their own issues).
So, ideally I want to upgrade to a wireless version which can print photos, scan, photocopy, and most importantly have the print heads embedded into the cartirdges so that quality improves when they are switched out.
I also require the cost of replacement cartridges to be cheap - that was an achilles heel for the Dell.
What printers are out there that have cheap running costs and meet my requirements?
I have been looking at the following:

Although the reviews seem a bit dubious as to how good it is.
Thanks.

I've been very pleased with the HP Photosmart Premium All in one c309g. Quality and ink usage. Mind you I had a Lexmark before that... never again!!
I think the current equivalent is the c310?0 -
I'd go for the epson's above.
cartridges are around 50p per cartridge at the moment. most containing about 18-21ml of ink depending on seller.
make sure to get the latest CHIPPED or chip 7, compatibles work as originals if your get the latest chipped.
another way to decrease the amount of ink use is with a program called inksaver 2.
or this freeware app called iprint, and no its nothing to do with apple.

Ended up getting a HP 3050 from PC World. Wireless seems fine so far and it works a treat.0
