Unless the agent said there was a nine-grand kitchen in the property and there wasn't, you haven't a cat's chance in hell. I suspect the vendor told the agent that they had plans to put this gold-plated kitchen in, the agent accepted their word for it and now the vendor has chosen not to install it. Caveat emptor.
There's no use wasting your energy by tilting at windmills. Drop out of the purchase or just get on and buy it for what it's worth to you now0 -

The brochure said "[included is] a new kitchen worth £9000 but is yet to be fitted", but I agree with your other points.0
