Is anybody else having problems connecting? every time we phone we are getting an engaged.

Yes I have problems with 1899, although I am getting a click as if it as answered and then a dead line tone. I checked the 1899 site and there is a new number to dial (not sure when this came about as the last time I used the old number was at the weekend) but that is doing the same as well. Tried from a mobile also with no luck. I guess thier systems are down???

Same problem here in East Midlands on both services. Maybe NTL realise they are overpriced compared to these two services?0
