    Doublespeak.

There is only one reason why the reference to parts 31.16 and 31.17 CPR are included in Poxburghe's Roxborg's letters is as a legal cosh intended to frighten the uninformed and the vulnerable into paying up. Plain and simple. For the BPA to suggest that it was included "for information" is arrant nonsense. Worryingly, I suppose, they may actually believe that....?

Besides, in the one PPC case Roxborg were involved (via Michael Sobell) the case was heard in the Small Claims Court and issued through MCOL if I am not mistaken. If this is what Roxborg told the BPA then they are dancing on the head of a pin.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

As Roxburghe don't go anywhere near courts, which cases did they send through the County Court track?

Did anyone expect an honest answer? Surely not.
