baumatic outlet

Ive ordered a spare part from what i thought was Baumatic but apparently its from their outlet shop in Didcot, has anyone ever dealt with them ? they aren't answering the phone so i can get an update on my order and Ive not had any communication from then since the payment confirmation.

outlet store but they arent answering, ive rang the other baumatic numbers but they say its nothing to do with them even though the payment has gone to baumatic -reading, Ive just spoken to my bank and i have to wait 15 days before i can do a charge back which is all very well but im without a working oven .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced difficulty in contacting our out let store.
On the day you called the outlet store had closed as they were on a delivery for most of the day and was therefore unable to take your call.
I belive that they have now responded to you call and resolved the outstanding isssue.
