Installing Windows Vista on another computer?

Hey,
I purchased the Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade (Retail) and Installed It on my laptop.
I have a desktop running XP home on and would like to Install Windows Vista on that.
Would I be able to Insert my disc and Install Vista on the desktop? - I understand I would have to purchase another licence key online?
What Is the cheapest way of loading Vista on the other computer? Do I have to buy another Vista CD?

yeah the microsoft license says l copy per PC cos it validates with Microsoft and if your PC copy is in use you won't be able to validate it if you install it on your laptop and after 30days it'll shut down.
An OEM copy is only supposed to be sold with a piece of hardware.
We got specifically told it should be a hard drive or motherboard ONLY.
if OEM copies are being sold with no hardware, then the companies face the wrath of microsoft!!

It's not even one copy per PC anymore, it's one copy per partition. In the past you could have multiple XP installs on different partitions on the same machine. With vista you need to buy a license for each install. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0
