Paypal accounts?

Hi guys, I am trying to figure out what the cons are to having a Paypal personal account instead of a premier account for ebay payments.

I have been selling bits and pieces on ebay for a few years, but have always had a premier account, although I can't remember why I signed up for the premier account.

Are there any limits on transactions or the amount of money you can receive? I have tried getting this info from the Paypal help section, but they make it deliberately confusing.

If you have a persoanl account, you are limited to two payments per year by credit/debit card. Consequently, once these two transactions are used up, anyone buying from you will have to already have the funds in their PayPal account, or have a bank transfer set up in order to send you their payment. Because eBay do not permit you to state that you will only accept specific forms of PayPal payment, this can be inconveinient for your customers, and potentially lead to cancelled sales, etc.

So how can I tell which of my buyers is adding funds to their Paypal account by credit/debit card, and which of them already have a balance in their account?

You can't which is why to sell you need a premier account.
