CCCS delay

Feeling a little frustrated with CCCS phoned them yesterday as I haven't heard back re- my yearly review to be told that they are working on March 6th updates, as ours arrived one week later they will not be able to 'even look at it' for another two weeks.. that is one heck of a backlog!
It will have taken them one month before they look at it.. I find this whole process so stressful, I don't think they realise the impact reviews still have on people...

I'm with CCCS for haven't got to the first review yet.
Once or twice I found I had to chase them during the setup process but the vast majority of the time found them to be great.
I guess so many people are in a mess at the moment that they must be absolutely snowed under.
Hope it goes ok when they do get round to your review.0
