Carphone warehouse credit card

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie to the forum, so treat me gently!!

On the list of Cashback and Credit Card Rewards values list (Alphabetical order), there is an entry for a Carphone Warehouse reward credit card.

I have contacted Carphone Warehouse (the mobile phone co.) a few times - even their head office and they know nothing about the issue of Credit cards.

Is there another Carphone Warehouse company?

Is the entry correct - if so. - is there a tel. contact no?

A Google search presents 6 links to "Carphone Warehouse Credit Card" but none of them are an official page for the CW CC or contain a link to an official page which suggests the card has been discontinued by who ever provided

Halifax issues Carphone Warehouse cards as part of their affinity range.
