    Is Shake n Vac dangerous for kitties, obviously not with them in the room, but would it irritate their little paws to walk on the carpets after I've hoovered it up? Just wondering............

    I need a bigger house. I have a 2bed semi but partner said there isn't any room for more animals. Only have a cat and a dog and no kids, he's just mean !!

    Kittens are not that smelly if you feed them right (good quality food) - an oil burner or something will be less harsh on them or opening windows.
  • An oil burner is a good idea... I use shake n vac now with no pets so it's not really about the pets smell, just keeping the carpets fresh generally and wondering if I'll need to change my cleaning routine once the little ones arrives.

    They can't go out as we're on a main road so could only open windows a little bit - or one room at a time.

    Going to see how they get on with Royal Canin and Oko plus and see what the smell is like.
