Acer 5750

I have one of these laptops and find that the touch pad has a mind of its own when scrolling through web pages.I can be happily browsing and not touching the pad and another page will open up all on its own.
I have had to send it back a couple of times for a problem with the keboard and both times told them about this but they couldn't find anything wrong.
I would like to hear from anyone else that has one of these and if they have found the same thing happening or is this normal.
My 12 months warranty is up in a couple of months and thought I would just ask.

  • have you tried using a usb mouse and disabling the trackpad to see if the problem still occurs?
