Mobile/static Home Buy Or Just Visit?

Hi who knows if it would be easier and cheaper just to buy a mobile/static home either in south france or north spain rather than just pay to holiday in one about 2 months or so a year? Had a look and looks quite alot of hassle to buy one considering all the site stuff area and fees not forgeting home itself helppppp:eek:

we had one here in the UK and found the site fees alone were £1000 a year and that was cheap. If you consider your intial outlay+flights+ground rent each year it might be worth just finding a nice site and getting a long stay deal each year.
best to do the maths ...you know whats best for your family

Thanks now they have me trowling the net looking for a holiday house oh my heads so sore, they watch the tv holiday programs and it looks easy enough on tv but the reality is hard work oh I suppose I will plod on anyway

I agree with saveapenny. Site fees, insurance etc. soon add up. You will probably be better off paying rent for the time you will be there. You would also have the option of changing to different sites, something hard and expensive to do if you own.
