1) The prize provider is Element London Ltd and the prize comprises:
a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to Rio de Janeiro - Galeão International Airport;
b) Return airport transfers for two between the airport and the hotel;
c) Seven nights' 4* hotel accommodation on a bed only basis based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability);
d) A one day private fishing excursion for two in Rio de Janeiro Bay and the coastal islands;
e) Travel insurance for two.

2. Six weeks’ notice must be given by the winner in advance of their selected travel dates and travel must be completed by 31 July 2013. The prize cannot be taken during the following dates; • 19 December 2012 to 3 January 2013 (inclusive); • 8 February 2013 to 12 February 2013; • August 2012; or • Any other UK public holiday.

3. The fishing excursion is by speedboat, lasts approximately eight hours and includes return hotel transfers, a captain/guide, fishing tackle, safety equipment, and bait. The excursion is available daily from Monday to Saturday. The fishing excursion is subject to availability, restrictions and/or to weather conditions. In the event that the excursion is cancelled due to adverse conditions or other circumstances outside of the Prize Provider’s reasonable control an alternative date and time may be offered but cannot be guaranteed. In the event the fishing excursion is unavailable on the prize winner’s trip the Prize Provider will make an alternative offer of a similar value.

4. The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Brazil. It is the responsibility of the winner to organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

5. Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

6. Where the winner is under 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

7. The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
